A licensed community association manager is responsible for: controlling and disbursing funds, assisting in noticing and conducting meetings, preparing budgets and financial documents, and coordinating maintenance.
The live online virtual classroom follows a structured schedule similar to an in-person classroom experience. Students will be responsible for attending the live online class sessions. Attendance is monitored by tracking log-in and log-out times, as well as through mandatory interactive attendance questionnaires given periodically throughout class. Missing an attendace questionnaire will be considered an absense for the previous two hours of class.
Students who miss any hours will need to contact the school to arrange for make-up hours in a different class.
You must submit evidence of successful completion of the required education with your application. It will take 6-8 weeks on average for the state to process and approve your application.
Before you can take your state exam, the state must approve your application for licensure.

The state exam is a 100 question multiple choice test with a passing score of 75%.
If you fail the exam, you may take the exam again upon submission of a reexamination application.

School Policies
The completion certificate cannot be given to any student who has any absences. It is important that you check with your instructor or the administration office, if you miss any classroom hours.
You may apply for a refund prior to the 3rd hour of classroom attendance. A full refund of the fees paid (less the cost of materials issued by the school) will be provided if written request is received within one year of the start date of the original class.
