Attendance
The live online virtual classroom follows a structured schedule similar to an in-person classroom experience. Students will be responsible for attending the live online class sessions. Attendance is monitored by tracking log-in and log-out times, as well as through mandatory interactive attendance questionnaires given periodically throughout class. Missing an attendace questionnaire will be considered an absense for the previous two hours of class.
To meet the attendance requirement, students cannot be marked absent for more than 8 hours of class. In cases where absenses exceed 8 hours, the student will not be given access to the course final exam. Students will need to contact the school to arrange for make-up hours in a different class.

Course Exam Information
- Answer Each Question In Order
  You cannot close out or use the back or previous button. If you exit the exam before you have a passing score, or fail the exam, you will have one additional attempt.
- Additional Final Exam Attempt
  Per Florida Administrative Code, students who do not pass the end-of-course exam are eligible for one additional exam attempt. The second attempt must occur within one year of the date of the original exam.
  If a student does not pass the second exam attempt, a student must re-purchase and must once again complete the course material to become eligible for another end-of-course exam attempt and obtain a passing score prior to their renewal deadline.
- No Access to Review Final Exam
  To maintain the integrity of the final exam, it is not possible for a student to review the questions or their answers after the exam is completed. This is the case whether a student has passed the exam or otherwise.

License Renewal Process
To renew your license, the state requires proof of your education completion, and you must pay a renewal fee:
- Education Submission
- - Your completion date is the date that you pass the end-of-course exam. To be considered on-time, courses must be complete at or before 11:59pm EST the day of the renewal deadline.
    
    Once you have completed your course, we will automatically submit your information to the state electronically.
    
    Depending on the information you have provided, we will attempt to fax and email your completion slip to you. We also put a completion slip and diploma in the regular mail. Please keep these documents for your records.
- Pay Your Renewal Fee to the State
- - You can pay your renewal fee in three ways:

    You will be asked for your User ID and PIN. Your User ID can be found by searching with your license number. If you have not already changed your PIN, it may be the last four digits of your social security number.

School Policies
You may apply for a refund prior to the 3rd hour of class. A full refund of the fees paid, (less the cost of materials issued by the school), will be provided if written request is received within six months of the start date of the original class.
Materials or texts returned for refund must be in new condition and currently in classroom use. No outdated materials will be eligible for refund. Initial shipping costs are not eligible for a refund, and customer is responsible for return shipping cost.
